On Monday, four-star defensive lineman Darron Reed announced his commitment to Brian Kelly and the LSU Tigers.
The Columbus, GA defensive lineman chose the Tigers over Ohio State.
This is a great recruiting win for LSU's DL Coach Jamar Cain.
Reed told Bill Kurelic of 247 Sports this: “The hospitality down there and my relationships with the coaches,” Reed told 247Sports, of what set LSU apart. “Really just talking to the coaches convinced me. When I talked to the coaches I knew. I like the tradition they have down there. It really feels like home to me there.”
Since the start of July, LSU has gotten three talented pieces on the defensive line including four-star Edge Jaxon Howard, four-star Edge Joshua Mickens, and now they add Reed.
