Murray State MBB Losses

As many know, the former Murray State HC Matt McMahon (who is know the LSU HC) led the Racers to a 31-3 record with a OVC Tournament Championship this season.

That would mean a lot of players would have a important decision to make. That being declaring for the NBA Draft, entering the transfer portal, or staying with Murray State.

We start with Tevin Brown. Brown averaged 16.8 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 3.1 assists this season. Brown declared for the NBA Draft.

Next up is KJ Williams. Williams is currently testing the NBA Draft Process and he recently entered the transfer portal. So it is likely that he will not return to Murray State. Williams averaged 18.0 points and 8.4 rebounds this season.

Next is Justice Hill. Hill averaged 13.4 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 5.1 assists this season. He entered his name in the transfer portal. No clue where he will end up but he is from Little Rock, Arkansas so that could be something to watch out for.

Next is DJ Burns. Burns averaged 5.8 points and 6.3 rebounds this season. Burns entered the transfer portal today. He is from New Orleans, LA so he could look to return home.

Next is Dionte Bostick. Bostick averaged 1.9 points, 0.5 rebounds, and 0.6 assists this season as a freshman. Bostick entered his name into the transfer portal.

And finally, we have Jackson Sivills. Sivills averaged 1.7 points, 0.6 rebounds, and 0.1 assists this season as a freshman. Sivills also entered the transfer portal.

UPDATED: Trae Hannibal will leave Murray State via transfer portal. Hannibal averaged 9.2 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 2.5 assists for the season.

Murray State fans should not be worried as Steve Proham is a great coach.
