Oxford, Miss. -- - Ole Miss has landed two of the top transfers in the country this afternoon after Jaxson Dart and Michael Trigg announced their intentions to head to Oxford. The former USC Trojans were deciding between the Rebels and the Oklahoma Sooners. Ultimately, Lane Kiffin's offense and a previous relationship with John David Baker gave Ole Miss the edge. Dart threw for 1,353 yards and 9 touchdowns in five games last season. Dart has big shoes to fill as he will be replacing a generational talent at quarterback in Matt Corral. With the previous addition of running back Zach Evans from TCU, the Rebel offense looks to be lethal yet again in 2022.
